Cancellation Policy
A card is required to hold your appointment. Your card will NOT be charged unless you cancel late or no-show. You are welcome to pay cash or use a different form of payment at checkout.
Your appointments are very important to me.
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
In the case of a no-show, 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged.
